Over the past few weeks, Ant and Dec have been giving UK viewers a live demonstration of how to adapt your marketing strategy to survive in the new online landscape.

Ant and Dec are the presenters of the UK reality show, “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here”, that concluded last night.

During the series run, they broadcast live to 3-4 million UK viewers for 60-90 minutes every day.

As soon as they come off air, they immediately jump on Instagram and do a 20-30 minute livestream, with 20k to 30k people watching.

Being on the live is like being at the stage door with them, chatting.

The TV show creates the interest, makes them relevant, and draws in ‘their people’ – those who want more – the % who hang on for the livestream.

The livestreams are where they build connection, goodwill, a bond with their people.

In previous years, ITV would go from the main live TV show to another live TV show on ITV2, with previous contestants presenting.

ITV adapted…, and so must you.

The principles of selling changed this year.

Right now, the world is full of humans craving connection.

Launches needed to be longer, we were called to lean in more.

At the heart of this shift is our human need for more compassion, conversations and connection.

Trouble is, many business owners are still doing what worked last year and hoping it will get results again soon.

2024 will be tough for them.

Those who adapt and embrace the new paradigm will shine and thrive.

I’m calling this new paradigm, “Boutique Business”.

Imagine you are a client in a high-end clothes boutique you visit when you want help from a personal style expert.

They will pick out items for you tailored to how you’ll wear the clothes, fabrics to suit the occasion, a perfect fit for your unique body shape, in your bespoke colour palette.

That’s Boutique Business.

The Boutique is your premium offer.

You might work with your client asynchronously, so they can “try on your ideas and concepts in their time”.

(Asynchronously means, ‘not at the same time‘.

It gives you the choice to not to tie yourself up on long Zoom calls when YOUR dream business model includes flexibility and time freedom.)

The plans and outcomes of the program are tailored to your clients’ bespoke goals and priorities.

Boutique business is personal.

It’s conversational.

It’s compassionate.

Your social media content, free or paid lead magnets, and any lower ticket offers create the interest in your brand, connection with your audience and pave the way for conversation.

It’s perfect for introverts who feel a deep calling and a passion to make a bigger difference in the world, and are ready for recognition as the top choice for clients who want transformational results.

During 2023, I signed all my private clients through my own Boutique business strategy – including a leader who unbeknown to her, I put on my vision board in January.

Now I want to help a small number of coaches and service providers to do the same, so you thrive in 2024.

The 2024 Boutique Business Boost program is a 90-day 1:1 mentorship program, for introverts who want to unlock the hidden potential for sustainable growth in their online coaching business and communicate the value of their work with words that win people over.

Here is your invitation to work with me 1:1 to develop your aligned boutique business strategy that reliably generates dream client sales, so you enjoy more of the “I-can’t-believe-what-just-happened” kind of results in your online business.
