Creating Consistent Content When you Struggle to Write More Than One Post at a Time.

Want to batch create social media content but struggle to write more than one post at a time?

Here’s what I do to batch my content.

1-I open one of the template collections from the Viral Content Club.

I read the example in each template and the suggestion in the manual for that collection, and then in response, I edit the image to use for my own content.

This design for example, I asked myself what one thing I could tell you about in this post and as I was batching at the time, I decided I would tell you about how I batch.

2-Next, I download those 20 images into a folder that is specific to this collection.

3-Then, I open a Word doc and list the numbers from 1-30 down the page.

4-Opening each image in turn, I respond to the graphic to write these captions.

So, 20 of the monthly posts begin with the image in the collection.

Now for the other 10-11 to make a month of daily posts…

5-I write comments most days with the intention to reuse as content.

Plus, I’m writing the occasional post on my Facebook profile when I am inspired to share something.

6-The copy from the content I’ve written gets added to the Word doc for posts 21-31 and in response to the copy, I create graphics.

Either reusing one of the templates with a design tweak, choosing a Canva template, or making my own from copying and pasting bits of other images into a new graphic.

7-Then I give my team the folder with all the images and the Word doc, and the schedule these posts on all my social media platforms, except my Facebook profile.

8-You could also repurpose the same 31 posts into video content for Reels and Tik Toks.

In one 30-minute sitting, I make the 20 graphics.

Then I write the captions in 3x or 4x 30-minute sittings, so it feels easy and effortless to do.

You could always batch weekly content if a month feels too much out of the gate.

Hiring a VA for an hour a week to do the scheduling for you will save you even more time.
