I am hearing more and more of people seeing fake notifcations like these to alert the user their Facebook Page is about to be restricted.

Example One: Be Warned, this may look authentic but it is fake
Or like this:

The one thing you need to know is that they are:
Regards Facebook restricting your page:
DO NOT VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT as instructed because that will give them access and all sorts of mess will occur.

Your Facebook Pages Do Not Have Guard Dogs So You Need To Be Alert
If you haven’t already, take this as a reminder to set up 2-factor authorisation.
That means you will have to approve login attempts from unrecognised browsers and devices – an extra layer of security.
