Or, if your response to a friend who is telling you they are heading off for a break is to say they’ve “earnt it”…

There is NO need to justify a break!
You ‘deserve’ to be out of office, no matter what you have or have not done.
And you definitely do NOT need to ‘earn’ time out with ‘hard work’!
