Don’t like Facebook Data Policies?
Don’t like how Facebook mine the data from your bio, posts, and private messages and allow advertisers to show their ads to you based on this information?

Firstly, you should assume that ANYTHING you post on Facebook (or anywhere online) is public. It doesn’t take much to copy and paste, that’s right.
But it won’t be Facebook doing that.
It’ll be people you think are your friends.
Don’t want your posts to be copied and pasted?
Don’t want Facebook to use your data to improve the advertiser’s opportunities?
Don’t put this stuff on Facebook then.
If you’re a business owner complaining about the use of your data in the advertisers’ network, please wake up and see the potential that Facebook advertising offers to your business to get your business in front of your highly-targeted, niche audience,
But please quit blindly sharing these crappy, BS, “opt out” messages and thinking you’re making some kind of protest statement.
You accepted their terms when you sign up for an account, and your continued use of the platform is your ongoing acceptance.
There is only ONE WAY to opt out of any of the Facebook data policies……
And that is….
DELETE YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT!
And, next time you see a message like this doing the rounds on Facebook, please copy and paste it into snopes.com to check for validity BEFORE you share it!
